Methods of research: high-temperature dilatometry, metallography, optical and raster electronic microscopy, nuclear force microscopy. Laws of nanostructure change are established during formation of phases in metal pairs of thin film with nano-size grains in conditions of different relative payments of reactionary diffusion lengthways intergranular borders and a free surface. Are received diffusion characteristics for reactionary diffusion in this system; the suggested physical model and the mechanism of reactionary diffusion in nanomaterials. The reasons and mechanisms of changes of structure alkali-halide single crystals which are caused by accumulation and a relaxation of internal stresses during high-temperature deformation are determined. The role local and long-range action internal stresses in formation dislocation structures is established, The mechanism of structural changes is established at formation of nanoporous thermo- and chemically- stable multi-layered membranes on the basis of polymeric пленок, irradiated by ions Ar. Results of work can be used by development of the theory of plasticity of crystal firm bodies, technology and exploitation modern multi-component heat resisting materials, and also at the decision of the problems connected to reception of filters for different areas of a science and technical equipment.
