The analysis is carried out by a method of the analysis of vegetative DNA with the help of techniques PCR, with use SSR - primers. In charter "DNA extraction" it is presented procedure of preparation of a material for the analysis, sampling, DNA extraction; charter "PCR" - technology of PCR analysis; charter "Registration of results" – rule making of formulas and development of genetic passports of vegetable cultures. Development of the project of the standard was carried out on the basis of results of scientific researches spent at Institute vegetable and melon growing NAAS, in the Southern Biotechnological center in plant growing NAAS, with use of scientific publications.
