It is established that the addition of biosurfactant (ramnolipids, tregalozolipids) in the culture medium of microorganisms - producers of enzymes at the stage of cultivation improved the biomass and enzymatic activity. Using quantum-chemical calculations carried out thermodynamic analysis of the elementary reactions and the mechanism of enzymatic catalysis of hydrogen peroxide by catalase. It is shown that the intensity of decomposition of oil in the ground depends on ensuring that nutrients and bioactive substances. A method was developed fito-remediation oil-contaminated soils. The results of the project will develop recommendations for the use biosurfactants at different stages of biotechnological processes for producing enzymes and polysaccharides with surfactant. Cellulase and pectinase complexes biosurfactants recommended for use in agriculture, efficient feed conversion, increasing the ratio of their transformation, processing plant waste, biofuels. Surfactant -enzyme complexes on the basis of lipase, amylase, are promising for the food industry. Biosurfactants increased synthesis of polysaccharides, enzymatic activity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, increase the efficiency of bio-fertilizers. These findings are of great scientific and practical importance, is promising for the biotechnology industry - can be used to improve the efficiency of biosynthesis enzymes and polysaccharides, as well as synthetic surfactant replacement in biotechnological processes.
