Objective of investigation: increasing of technical level of the processes and equipment by means of design and investigation improving of functionally new mechanisms. Methods of investigation: theoretical investigations on the basis of mathematical models and etc., experimental investigations on the basis of laboratorial devices with the usage of tensometric instrumentation. Theoretical and practical results: 1. Clamping influence while rolled stock cutting and its force on blank quality is considered, recommendations concerning selection of optimal process parameters are given. 2. Analysis of metal consumption reducing while drawing from clustered blank is given, direction of the following investigations is chosen. 3. Critical analysis of the “connecting rod – slider” assembly of crank press is fulfilled, directions of its following improvement are substantiated. 4. Possibility of pipe ends rolling way realization while belt conveyer rollers producing is considered. Novelty: 1. Slip-line network on the first cutting stage is built, value of cutting force is ascertained. 2. Technological process of drawn cylindrical pieces with flange from clustered blank is proposed. 3. Mathematical modeling of the “connecting rod – slider” assembly is done, mechanism of wear reducing of connecting rod head is proposed. 4. Construction of belt conveyer roller applicable for rolling producing with friction instrument is proposed.
