It is assumed to expose V. Karazin works, which are in different collections and which was already printed in different editions, and also those which before was not published (are in archives, handwritten collections, private collections). Edition can be the useful historians of scitech Ukraine and Russia, researchers of social and political idea of XVIII - XIX vv., to the researchers of a particular region, historians of Slobozhanschiny and, foremost, researchers and students of the Kharkov university.
