The current features of territorial structure, climate, hydrology, state of the vegetable and animal world, seasonal development of nature, anthropogenic influence, scientific and scientifically educational works of preserve and others like that. As a result of researches, the state of maintainance of natural complexes, flora and fauna, rare kinds and vegetable groupments, on the whole is appraised as satisfactory. First resulted maps-charts of the modern use of territories and protective areas, executed on the basis of GІS-tekhnologіy (on the base platform of MAR of Info). First done description of earths of protective area of Stanichno-Lugansk department. Considerable successes were attained in taking of inventory researches. Composition of mushroom-like organisms is complemented 221 kinds, ліхенобіоти - by 26 kinds from which the special interest presents Pachyphiale fagicola from Stanichno-Lugansk department, which is the indicator of old forest. It is discovered 113 new for a preserve of kinds insects (22 types of Staphylinidae, 48 - Syrphidae, 3 - Hymenoptera and others like that), from kinds which are especially guarded, deserves attention of Empysa fasciata Bruelle, found in the separation of Trekhizbenskiy steppe.
