Within the framework of this methodology the devices of 128-bit arithmetic with a floating point are designed. They enable to solve the badly conditioned systems of linear algebraic equations by the Gausse method, which allows to decide SLAE with the nonsingular matrix of general form, that is impossible by means of the modern computers, using classic a 80-bit arithmetic with a floating point. Universality of the designed circuit of devices allows to use it for the decision of the systems of large orders and more wide data format. A theorem is well-proven and calculations are done in relation to adaptation of delivery time of data burst to the real terms of functioning of a transport environment taking into account the necessity of pass of certain amount of data burst.
