The main negative factors causing changes of structural and functional hydrobiocenoses characteristics in the studied regions are analyzed and "hot ecological spots" are revealed. Variants of different methods of the coastal ecosystems management, including construction of artificial reefs and usage of biological filters for the water purification, protection and recreation of biology diversity are taken into consideration.
