Galvano-magnetic and electrical properties of the HgSe:V crystals have been studied within 77-300 K temperature range at magnetic fields of 12.5 kE. Doping of HgSe with vanadium was shown to lead to the formation of the resonant donor layer, situated in the solid spectrum region of conduction band. It's energy is of about 0.25-0.26 eV, i.e.the level, caused by vanadium is positioned higher than that of iron (EFe 0.23 eV ). In cooperation with our partners (Institute of physics of metals) low-temperature investigations of the HgSe:Co, HgSe:Fe have been accomplished. The donor behavior of d-shell of cobalt impurity atoms in mercury selenide under condition of hybridization was found. Analysis of the experimental investigations points to the existence of two impurity electron hybridized states in the conduction band of the HgSe:Co crystals. On the basis of theoretical and experimental investigations of thermal capacity and speed of sound in the HgSe:Fe crystals, abnormal temperature dependences, explained by hybridization of electron states, have been revealed.
