More accurate agreement of the numerical results and experimental data for a number of flow passages of steam turbines are presented. An implicit splitting scheme for the conservation laws numerical integration on unstructured grids, as well as an approach to the construction of reconstruction with arbitrary order of accuracy and a method to minimize its coefficients, are proposed. Numerical testing of the proposed approaches on a number of model problems of fluid dynamics confirmed that the methods provide the desired order of accuracy for smooth solutions and are of sufficient computational efficiency. It is expected, that in the future the executed developments will be introduced on all new power steam turbines.
