It is shown that the ways of parameters improvement consist in the use of anisotropic materials, such as ferrites and substituted manganites. The results of the studies of barium ferrite films, grown on polycrystalline substrates, show that the grain size in the film plane depends on the substrate temperature during deposition and can be purposefully tuned. The studies of magnetic properties of calcium-substituted manganite by resonance methods show that the magnetic state of strained La0,6Ca0,4MnO3 films is inhomogeneous and characterized by the coexistence of ferromagnetic regions with different magnitude and direction of magnetization.
