In such conditions the processes of interregional co-operations become topical, the result of which there is forming of interregional innovative systems which will become basis of national innovative network. Taking aforesaid into account, research of the interregional innovative systems as elements that provide the economic space unity and integrating strengthening are scientifically applied issue of the day. In general, in the conditions of indicated systems presence economy of country or region becomes innovative, as continuous, dense space of innovative networks is formed In Ukraine the innovative networks of mezoregional level are only in forming stage. Technoparks, business incubators and other innovative structures mostly are innovative zones. Such situation is predefined by the low level of intellectual products adaptiveness to the necessities of industry, by "engineering belt of national economy" absence, low mobility of transmitters of innovations and innovations. The indicated reasons complicate the process of valuable innovative networks in Ukraine forming. The aim of project is development of the theoretical-methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation of the interregional innovative systems forming in conditions of economic space unity strengthening. A project is directed on the following tasks decision: -to specify essence of category "interregional innovative systems" (IIS); - to ground the role of IIS in economic space of Ukraine forming; - to explore the features of innovations and transmitters of innovations mobility in forming of IIS; - to develop methodical approaches to estimation of IIS functioning efficiency; - to define directions and mechanisms of IIS influencing strengthening at spatial development of Ukraine; -to offer the economic stimulation system of IIS development.
