The specified need for such development is tasks of modern orthopedics and surgery, when using a specific type of implants, including mesh are necessary, or provide cover detached for some time it stays in the body. To carry out the work the automation of GDT process was carried. Automated system for process control GDT was based on programmable logic relay Kinco of the Lovato Electrics company and basic unit LRD20RD024. Programming was carried out by the embedded program language using functional blocks and charts. Additionally, a study of the adhesive properties of GAP samples after optimizing the deposition process, obtained on the mesh substrates was carried out. It was shown that the detachment was observed only at extremely small radii bends of grid of 5 mm or less, indicating a high adhesion of the coating to substrate. Investigations of the coating structure were made by X-ray diffraction methods and shows that the structure of the obtained coating fully complies with the structure of the original powder. The series of test samples with bioactive coatings on titanium substrates (10 pcs.) were produced by GDT method.
