The obtained nanocomposites were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the synthesized Silica-Carbon supports have lotus-like structure and perform the superhydrophobic properties. It is found that the carbon nanotubes are a high dispersed state in the synthesized composites and their surface covered with the silica film with thickness of 1-2 nm.
