The methods of hettering of recombination-active impurities and structural defects in silicon were investigated and related technological regimes were worked.The technological regimes of deposition of passivating and reflecting coatings based on the diamond-like carbon films in order to reduce non-photoactive losses of light in silicon solar cells. Using the developed technological approaches the series of test samples of silicon solar cells and modules based on them were produced and their photoenergetic characteristics were studied.
