Don, P. cembra L., P. mugo Turra, P. stankewiczii (Sukacz.) Fomin, P. kochiana Klotzsch ex C. Koch, P. sylvestris L. var. cretacea Kalenicz. ex Kom., Picea abies (L.) Karst., Abies alba Mill. has its population-average level of allozyme variability. Population size and isolation are not related to their level of genetic polymorphism. In P. sylvestris, P. sylvestris var. cretacea, P. pallasiana, P. cembra, Abies alba and Picea abies seed embryos heterozygosity was significantly lower than the parent trees. In the embryos of seeds for the majority of polymorphic loci statistically significant discrepancy between the existing distribution of genotypes from the theoretically expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, due to a lack of heterozygotes. For the seed embryos of clones of plus trees P. sylvestris from the archive-clonal plantations (ACTs) in Kharkiv region marked by a significant excess of heterozygotes (15.5%), although it was less than that of the parent trees (21.5%). In P. sylvestris, P. sylvestris var. cretacea, P. pallasiana and Abies alba trees that were of high performance full of seeds, were close to the average population level of heterozygosity. The level of cross-pollination in natural populations (tm = 0,588-0,721) and artificial stands of P. sylvestris (tm = 0,455-0,837) was low, as in the "island" populations of small Picea abies Ukrainian Polesie (tm = 0,694-0,860). The same applies to trees of different ages P. pallasiana (tm = 0,567-0,637). Clones of plus trees ACP of P. sylvestris somewhat inferior to random trees of populations in level of heterozygosity. Conceptual approaches in situ and ex situ conservation indigenous species of the family Pinaceae and reproduction of their genetic resources have been developed in Ukraine. 4 theses wad protected, 2 implementation and 3 patents was received, one monograph, 40 articles, 44 thesis.
