Research methods are standard methods of breeding Drosophila and methods of survival curves. To check the reaction of alimentary stress and heat shock NP to prevent long-term maintenance of flies under stressful conditions, followed by counting flies having survived. Obtained results which indicate that sodium butyrate in certain concentrations affect the life span of Drosophila during its early ontogeny. The most effective concentration was 10mMol / L butyrate in the nutrient medium. There are negligible negative impact on the stability of butyrate flies to prolonged detention in conditions of heat stress. It is assumed that sodium butyrate, which is an active inhibitor histonovyh deatsetylaz may help to increase life expectancy and maximum life expectancy and causes modificatory impact on resistance to stress factors.
