Programm "Hecon" for modeling the electron radiation spatial nonlinearly converters by the Monte-Carlo method has been designed. Systematic calculation data of the x-ray radiation characteristics have been received and analysed. semiempirical model parametres of the x-ray radiation from the nonlinearly converters has been determinated.
