The new ecologically safe fire-retardant (amidoboratophosphat) is synthe-sized with the purpose of increase of fireproof of building constructions. The syn-thesized fire-retardant is cheaper than other known fire-retardant and more ecol-ogically safe, because consists of carbamid, phosphoric and boric acids which are safe for health and environment. Amidoboratophosphat provides satisfactory fire-proof properties. The deep impregnation provides I-st group of fireproof effi-ciency, and the superficial impregnation - II-nd group.
