Purpose of work - to promote efficiency of functioning of motor transport enterprise on the basis of development of projects on the choice of priority directions and strategies of development through transformation. Research methods - methods of statistical collection and treatments given, theory of management of operations, theory and methods of mathematical analysis and design, marketing methods, method of expert estimations, simulation techniques, method of comparison of indexes, method of comparison, with a standard, method of logical generalization. The method of determination of evaluation indexes of efficiency of subsystems of enterprises of motor transport, choice of standard values and calculation of relative indexes of efficiency is developed. The choice of set of evaluation indexes is also conducted within the limits of all of subsystems of ATP for the estimation of their efficiency. Base strategies of development of enterprises of motor transport are offered and grounded through transformation. The економіко mathematical model of transformation processes is developed on the enterprises of motor transport. Utillizing a simulation technique, certainly optimum project of realization of strategy of development of enterprise through transformation on a long-term prospect (5 years) after the complex criterion of efficiency. Methodical recommendations are developed for realization of strategies of development through transformation on motor transport enterprises depending on their sizes.
