Purpose of work - to promote efficiency of functioning of motor transport enterprise on the basis of development of projects on the choice of priority directions and strategies of development through transformation. A research method is a management theory, methods of statistical collection and treatments given, theory and methods of mathematical analysis and design, marketing methods, method of expert estimations, method of comparison of indexes, method of comparison, with a standard, method of logical generalization. The method of integral estimation of subsystems of enterprises of motor transport is developed. Strategies of development of enterprises of motor transport are offered and grounded through transformation, algorithm for a choice one or a few strategies of development of enterprises of motor transport through transformation. The criterion of efficiency is also offered for determination most optimum from the variants of realization in accordance with the offered strategies. Practical recommendations are developed for realization of strategies of development through transformation on motor transport enterprises depending on their sizes. Drawn on the results of NDR in practical activity of PP "Avtotranskom" at determination of strategies and development of projects of development of enterprise through transformation. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object are an increase of efficiency of work and increase of profits of enterprise.
