The aim of the work: a development of a formaldehyde analyzer based on amperometric electrodes and optimization a protocol for sensor's analysis of formaldehyde real samples. The aim of the stage for 2011 year: an improvement of microprocessor scheme and metrological investigation of biosensor analyzer. Optimization of a protocol for amperometric analysis of formaldehyde in the industrial wastewater samples containing, besides formaldehyde, phenol and methanol.The methods of the investigation: microbiological, biochemical, physico-chemical, enzymatic, electrochemical, software, biosensor analysis.Purified preparations of the enzyme were obtained. It was shown the possibility of successful using the cells of overproducing strain Tf 11-6 of H. polymorpha in constraction of FA-converting bioreactor column for FA biodegradation with the aim of bioremediation of industrial wastewater.The analytical properties of a chemosensor based on platinized electrodes towards FA at low working potential were studied.The response of FA-sensing chemosensor to phenol and methanol was investigated at the different working potentials. It was shown, that decreasing the working potential can reduce non-specific response to methanol while maintaining high signal to FA. This property enables very selective determination of FA-content in industrial wastewater, containing besides formaldehyde, phenol and methanol. The results of FA determination in the real samples by chemosensor system were compared with the reference methods: enzymatic and chemical. As a result of an improvement of graphics programs and graphical windows design the additional mode of operation analyzer system for measuring the amperometric signal without automated processing the results by manual control of analysis was developed. An additional mode of operation analyzer system for measurement of amperometric signal without automated processing results by manual control was constructed.The regimes of biosensor analysis and the results processing with the corresponding graphical windows were improved.The metrological investigation of the developed biosensor analyzer system "FORMATEST-М2010" with compare to a commercial amperometric analyzer "CHI 1200A" (IJ Cambria Scientific Ltd, Burry Port, UK) was done. It was shown, that the developed analyzer system "FORMATEST-М2010" demonstrates twice better linear ranges for FA in compare to commercial amperometric analyzer "CHI 1200A" which gives possibility for more correct FA analysis in the real wastewater samples.The comparison of results of FA analysis in the model and real wastewater samples using developed analyzer system with the reference approaches was performed.
