The analysis of the legislation of Ukraine is realised, and specific proposals on changes in corresponding laws are proved. Offers on improvement of criteria of a choice of species for the further specification of the list of taxa of the Red book of Ukraine are proved. The grid map is prepared on a sample of a map which is used for mapping of the flora of Mittel Europe (an equipotential raster grid); extrapolation of the coding of squares of a grid on territory of Ukraine is made. Offers on formation of a database about distribution and a condition of populations of species of the plants included in the Red book, are proved. Lists critical concerning a degree of a level of scrutiny of the taxonomic status, a condition of populations and ecological and coenotical peculiarities of species of the vascular plants included in the Red book of Ukraine are resulted.
