A purpose of work was the research of forming mechanism, phase composition, substructure and properties of metal-oxide film heterostructure, development of physical and chemical approaches of forming of oxide films with electret properties and film heterostructures on the base of oxides of IV and V groups metals. Research methods - samples synthesis - anodic and thermal oxidation, ion-plasma and magnetron sputtering; samples research - x-ray diffraction, x-ray fluorescence assay, laser and the secondary ion mass-spectrometry, electron microscopy, optical spectroscopy, measuring of electric characteristics (conductivity, electrode potentials). The development of methods and technologies of synthesis of oxide coatings with electret properties on the metals of IV and the V groups of Periodic system was conducted. Such bilayer structures can be used for medical implants production. The amorphous structure of oxide anodic layer provide the relaxation in its volume of mechanical tensions with maintainance of high oxide adhesion. Disorder of oxide structure is provided the accumulation in its volume of electric charge and convertes the oxide layer in electret state. Such oxide coating is able to execute active functions, generating the electric field which influences on intensity of exchange processes in biotissue clear to implant. The density of surface charge was 1,8·10-5 Kl/m2. Such data can be used for modification of medical implants surface both due to its additional passivation and by giving the surface of active properties, related to the long-term generation of the electric fields which stimulate the bioprocesses.
