The object of research - minimally invasive technology of oncological disease treatment with photodynamic therapy method (PDT) using Ukrainian photosensitizer Hyperflav, namely - the clinical system for oncological disease treatment with PDT method (SODT-PDT). The subject of scientific research is technical realization of SODT-PDT, namely SODT-PDT trial model with intraoperative photodynamic dose detector. The goal of research is development and fabrication ofthe clinical SODT-PDT using Ukrainian photosensitizar Hyperflav (its designer and manufacturer is SIC "Borschahivskiy chemical-pharmaceutical plant" CJSC). The research methods arestractural and comparative analysis, experimental research methods, mathematical and physical modelling methods, numerical programming methods, SAPR and modellimg methods. The investigation actuality is the need to introduce in the clinical practice in Ukraine the novel medical technology for oncological disease treatment with PDT method. The requirements for structure and composition of SODT-PDT trial model have been substantiated. The SODT-PDT principal optical scheme has been developed.The principal electrical scheme of the electronic control assembly for LEDs matrices has been developed.Th e intraoperative photodynamic dose detector has been developed.The design documentation for SODT-PDT trial model has been developed. The preproduction testing of the componets of multielement irradiating source and electronic conrol assembly yas been executed. The project of the trial model of SODT-PDT Technical requirements has been developed. The possibility of the Ukrainian oncological disease diagnosis and treatment complex creating has been estimated.
