The ability to flavin mononucleotide production in the industrial substrates supplemented media was tested. The optimization of cultivation conditions in the bioreactor with various volumes was run. The Ukrainian patent (positive decision) was received. The contract between the Institute of Cell Biology, NAS of Ukraine and PJSC "Enzyme" (Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region) about processing of technology of industrial production of flavin mononukleotide using constructed yeast strains was signed.
