The rise of the calcination temperature in the range from 25 to 1300 degrees Celcius was shown to be accompanied with the change of the phase, chemical and granulometric composition of the particles. Photoluminescence of (Y1-xNdx)2O3 was studied for the doping addition concentrations x=0.0005-0.05.
