The quasistationary spectrums of electron and hole are calculated within limits of S-matrix formalism. The comparisons of results of computations of resonance energies and resonance width quasistationary states of electrons and holes, executed for a model RTS with rectangular potential barriers with the proper sizes, got in more rough delta-approach which ignores the difference of effective the masses of electron and real width of potential barriers, showed that the results got in delta-approach is essentially increased, that testifies to possibility of application of simplified delta-approach only as rough high-quality estimations of spectral parameters QSS.
