The construction methods of analyzers the microwave devices complex parameters, electrophysics descriptions and matters properties (parameters of microwave materials), analyzers of unelectric values (rate of liquid movement, parameters of air currents, matters humidity, liquid level and friable materials) are developed. The flow diagrams of analyzers are developed, their metrology descriptions are investigational. The got errors of the developed analyzers do not exceed 2,5 % on the module and 2 degrees on the argument.
