Methods of researches, which was used for the decision of tasks, are the methods of theoretical mechanics, systems of automatic control, informatics. General methodology of analysis and synthesis of structures of components of virtual laboratory is worked out taking into account the features of the system of collection, treatment of information and control, features of scientific devices. The model of such laboratory, corresponding software, is worked out, including for providing of remote access through Internet to the components of virtual laboratory. The model of co-operation of laboratory is realized from Internet/ Intranet, Ethernet and radio channel.
