They were divided into three groups depending on presence of arterial hypertension and therapy. The experimental fragment was fulfilled at 42 rats. It was established that at first exam patients had system disturbances with development of insulinresistance, disturbances of glucose metablism, lipids and lipoproteins, atherogenic dyslipidemia, significant system inflammation, oxydant stress and increasing of atherogenic blood potential. Arterial hypertension which precedes myocardial infarction led to worsening the unit of fulfilled work on the results of bicycle ergometry with bad restoring of endothelial function.
