Teachers, tutors and specialists were provided with training to master the technology of distance learning (the development of courses, work in the DLS). A set of regulations that govern work in distance learning system was created. Training and methodological materials of distant learning courses, which experimental implementation continues, were updated. They are "Marketing Product Policy", "Management", "State purchasing". The results of the innovative project will be used to develop and implement pilot scientifically-based system of distance learning at the Institute of Higher Qualification. This will allow testing of complex distant learning system in a separate division of the university.
