Methods: organic and elementoorganic synthesis in combination with physical and chemical methods of analysis (1H, 31P, 13C NMR, X-ray analysis). The original method of direct synthesis of 4-phosphorylated imidazoles via thermal decomposition of imidazolium salts, a simple method for obtaining new phosphorus-containing condensed pyrimidines, new method of direct sylilation of five-membered nitrogen-containing heterocycles, preparative method of obtaining hetaryltrifluoromethylketones by trifluoroacetylation of the corresponding imidazoles, 1,3-thiazoles and 1,3-oxazoles. Phosphorylated enamines - convenient building blocks for obtaining phosphorylated and metylenephosphorylated heterocycles and 3,4-diphosphorylated pyrroles - important components of metal-phosphorus ligands for catalysis have been synthesized. As a result of this project new phosphorus-fluorine-containing derivatives of nitrogenous heterocycles after extended pharmacological screening may have the prospect of practical use as drugs.
