Methods and apparatus: organic and elementorganic synthesis, molecular design, bioisoster method combined with the physical and chemical methods of analysis (1H, 31P, 13C NMR, X-ray analysis). A new preparative method have been developed for the synthesis of 1-chloro-2 ,2,2-trifluoromethylisocyanates which was used for synthesis of pharmacologically promising 5-trifluoromethyl-triazolothiadiazinones, for selective sylilation of 2-aryl-1 ,3,4-oxazoles using the system trimethylbromosilane-triethylamine. It was established that 5-trimethylsilyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles are effective synthetic blocks for functionalization by acyl and hydroxyalkyl groups. An effective methodology for direct trifluoromethylacylation of electron-rich heterocycles has been developed, the laws of their interaction with amino and enamino compounds have been clarified, new building blocks for the rational search for bioactive substances have been synthesized. Practical applications of fluorine-containing compounds in such socially important areas as medicine, veterinary science and agricultural chemistry are available.
