They are in congruence with territory of distribution of Upper-Pryp'yatian complex of toleiitic basalts and tuffs which was ore-generate. 3.The resources of copper are studied only on 20 % area of distribution of cooper-bearing Upper-Pryp'yatian trappean complex, therefore they have considerable possibilities to be increased. Educed basic factors of localization of native-copper ores in the trapps of Volyno-Poidillya (the presence of ore-generate Upper-Pryp'yatian trappean complex, ore-mobilizing gabbro-doleritian silles of Khoteshiv association, paleovulcasic buildings with high part of basalts in cut, thick (over 20 м) zonal basaltic covers, faneritian varieties of basalts, prenitian, zeolite and mordenit-chalcedonian zones of hydrothermal mineeralization to be active in early Vend of bursting and plicative structures, etc.) open possibility of supplemental operative estimation of prospects of cooper-bearing of not explored areas of the region. 4.After the calculated for today prognosis resources of copper the Volyn copper-ore district is in congruence with the grade of large cooper-bearing province. The most perspective in its is the Volyn metallogenical region (Central zonule of the structural-facial Bresko-Volynska zone, where it is possible to forecast 4-6 shallow and middle deposits of copper (Zhiritskiy and analogical to its shows of ore ore-bearing fields Zalisy-Shmenki, Pivnichno-Girnytske and Ratnivske). 5. Founding on the results of works, the volume of subformation is itemized: four litocomplexes are distinguished in its. A lithologic map-chart is first created for the red-colour terrigene-clayey subformation of titon. 6.The conducted researches allowed to take red-colour terrigene-clayey sedimentats of Chadyr-Lunga suite of titon to cooper-bearing structure units of Ukraine. 7.It is ascertained that the physical and chemical conditions of forming of sedimentations of Chadyr-Lunga suite did not promout the concentration of copper in sulfide form. A copper in lagoon formations of titon is in the dissipated form and nebulized in the rocks (both for lateral and in the cut). 8.Founding on the conducted researches, it is ascertained that general cooper-bearing potential of titon lagoon red-colour subformation is compared with such for the continental low-devonian red-colour formation of Volyno-Podolia and marine red-colour subformation of Neogene of Pre-Carpathian sag, which are perspective from the point of view of general estimation of potential of copper-bearing of red-colour formational units of Ukraine.
