Goals of this project are design of theoretical, graphic and tabular methods of estimation of pressure upon retaining walls and walling underground structures from compatible action of weight of soil and external loading on a surface; design of theoretical bases of prolongation of a resource of the reinforced concrete framed foundations thermal aggregates at the action technological temperatures taking into account influence of temperature on concrete and on foundation soils. Method of research - theoretical and experimental laboratory researches of horizontal pressure of soil influence of temperature and humidity on strength and strains characteristics of foundation soils. The technique of experimental researches is developed and experimental data about coefficients of conduction, heat capacity, hydraulic conductivity and water capacity for clay soils are received. Influence of temperature and humidity on strength and strains characteristics of clay soils is experimentally investigated. Determination technique of clay soils shrinkage is developed and experimental data of examined soils at the site of Avdiivskiy by-product coke plant is obtain. Determination technique of thermal and humidity fields in foundations and foundation soils with help of potential theory of heat-and-mass transfer in capillary-porous bodies was developed. Thermal- shrinkage fields of strains of foundation soils under examined foundation of coke-oven battery are determine. Numerical investigation technique of stress-strain mode of foundation of thermal aggregates is developed with use of computer technologies, which allows taking into account physical and geometrical nonlinearity of material and soils under influence of temperature for different moments of time. The evaluation methods of foundation bearing capacity are offered. Effective structural decisions and measures of controlling foundation stress-strain mode under heat setting are developed. Results adoption of this work in design and reconstruction of Avdiivskogo by-product coke plant and Orsko-Khlivskogo metallurgical enterprise foundations of coke-oven batteries.
