A complex of biotechnological techniques, which allowed to improve the process of getting wheat plants with de novo tissues of vegetative organs and an efficient system for in vitro work with cell selection of wheat were developed. For the first time the action of environmentally friendly nature biocidal substances in tissue culture in vitro was studied and defined its optimal concentration for induction callusogenesis, regeneration, plant growth and development plants-regenerants. Biotechnological approaches for obtaining plants with induced resistance is better to use for spring wheat varieties. Efficiency of elicitors of different nature in tissue culture in vitro and in vivo to increase callusogenesis, regeneration capacity, plant growth and development of wheat was shown. Callus culture and wheat plant redenerants R1-R3 resistant to the metabolites of root ophyobolosis rot pathogen (G. graminis var. Tritici) were received. It was shown that resistant lines are characterized by stable-heterogeneous structure of cell populations, constant level and similar type of chromosomal rearrangements. It was found that all resistant cell lines, and plants-regenerants R1 - R3 differ in presence of amplicons of specific length in 2347 and 1745 p.n., suggesting the potential for their use as markers of resistance to ophyobolosis.
