During studies of modern management techniques indicated that the key to their successful practical implementation is not only defined methodological tools, but also a strategic approach to building management system that ensures sustainable development of enterprises in the long run. We completed the theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic planning at the enterprise with the definition of structural elements of the strategy and presents methodological approaches to financial and investment strategies based on optimizing the economic effect of implementation of investment measures. Given the importance and impact on costs and competitiveness of industrial enterprises and part of fixed assets, proposed methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of reproduction of fixed assets, which is the basis for investment strategy. Important for the industry are consistent economic and environmental aspects of activities. To address this issue developed a method that takes into account environmental and economic risks in evaluating the effectiveness of investments and shaping strategy. Effectiveness of the proposed use of methodological approaches and techniques based on the formation and use of an effective mechanism for implementation of management decisions and monitoring their implementation, which suggested to using a balanced scorecard and process-based approach.
