The complex of researches of improvement of technology of production of glasses-metering devices by development of byсeramіc castable with the zircon insertion and promoted operating resource is conducted, that allows to decide the problems of decline of fuel and energy resources and rational use of raw material materials and to provide ecological safety of modern technology of production of castable. Razrabotanny theoretical scientific bases of creation of technology of production of bykeramycheskykh refractory material on a method which foresees making of dvukhsloynykh wares (non-working layer - bezobzhygovy castable from cheap materials and tekhnogennogo raw material, working layer (insertion) - from wearproof, metalostoykykh materials) and certain to conformity to the law of influencing of technological parameters of production and physical and chemical indexes of properties of glasses-metering devices on their operating properties in the conditions of the continuous pouring became wide assortment. Technology of making of bykeramycheskykh wares, which is related to the effective method of making of bezobzhygovykh refractory material of non-working layer of wares, is developed, which is based on creation of compositions of effective chemical copulas which provide possibility of making of castable on a bezobzhygovomu method, and creation of modern neformovanykh composition materials - nyzkotsementnykh concretes
