We developed a monitoring system for control and diagnosed parameters of specialized hardware-software complexes designed for formation of metal composite electrodes with utilization of injection of oxides by a supersonic two-phase jet. We researched into mesoscopic aspects of the metal composite electrode structures with oxide and spinel inclusions including those of metal composite microparticles synthesized in counter two-phase jets. The functional structure of the injection-formed electrode metal composite has been determined by its electrochemical manifestations. Force and energy interaction of a thin electrode strip with embedded into it single microparticles by impact deceleration has been studied using the methods of digital and physical simulation. We experimentally observed brittle fracture of microparticles with localization of fragments in the points of impacts, melting of the electrode matrix material near the area of impact contact with a microparticle. We researched into collective interactions and interferences of oxide microparticles in the injection synthesis of electrode metal composite, conditions of formation of the shielding layer of microparticles that failed to attach to the processed surface during impact interaction and collisions of microparticles over the target surface, dominating mechanisms of the shielding layer recreation under various starting conditions of its formation, transformation of dispersion as a result of the injected particles and shielding layer interaction. The mechanisms of defect formation in the injection synthesis of the metal composite layer on the thin moving electrode strip in the injection chamber have been reduced to the strip galloping. We worked out recommendations as to optimization of a powered tape drive system. It has been found out that energy effect of the two-phase jet on the thin moving metal tape can be accompanied by the kinetic phase transitions. An effective model of folded structures formation has been offered. Product Description popup.authors Балакін О.А. Лантух О.С. Оруджов Р.П. Підгорна Є.Д. Синиціна Ю.П.
