We found in hydrokinetic approach that the effect of the fluctuations of the initial conditions does not wash out during the system expansion that, probably, leads to the ridges structures for near-side two-particle correlations. We developed the hybrid hydrokinetic model and conclude that the behavior of femtoscopy scales at LHC energy can be understood with the same hydrokinetic basis as was used for the RHIC supplemented by the hadronic cascade model at the latest stage of the evolution.
