Aim: to develop a reliable method of qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, the results of which can control the phase contend change by adding alloying elements, and by contacting various thermal and mechanical treatments. Methods: X-ray phase analysis. Apparatus: DRON 3M. Theoretical and practical results: It was found that the addition of alloying element niobium (Nb), significantly increases the plastic orthorhombic phase content. It is established that the test sample, after melting of the band, have a low level of the phase composition homogeneity. Scope: aerospace, high-temperature engineering.
