The study of the expression of the subunits of the translation elongation factor eEF1 in human brain tumors has the aim of the clarification of the question about of the involvement in the cancerogenesis of the one of most important component of translation apparatus - translation elongation factor 1A. It was found that the quantities of еЕF1А, eEF1B? and eEF1B? subunits are unchanged in glioblastoma, but it is tendention to the growth of eEF1B? subunit. Intersectin 1 gene (ITSN1), mapped on human 21 chromosome, encodes adapter protein, which modulates the activity of the proteins involved in clatrin-mediated endocytosis, cytosceleton arrangements and cell signaling transduction. The assocyation of the intersection 1 with Down syndrome and Alzgeimer disease is shown. We identified three new potential protein partners of intersectin 1 which bound with its SH3A-domain. The forming of the ITSN1 complexes in vitro and in vivo with neuron-specific protein partners STOP/MTAP6 and synapsin, which involved in synaptic transduction of nervous impuls, was confirmed. It is possible to indicate CHI3L1 gene, encoding chitinase chondrocyte protein, among overexpressed in glioblastoma genes which has prognostic and diagnostic potential. Oncogenic properties of CHI3L1 protein were identified and the localization of phosphorylated components of МАРК- and РІ3К-signaling pathways in 293 cells stably producing CHI3L1 oncoprotein was investigated. Data, concerning the enhanced expression level of leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LARS1) in lung cancer cells, rise the question about the role of the regulation of this gene activity in the development of oncologic diseases/ The study of relative expression level of LARS1 gene showed that it is strong tendention to the vgrowth of its expression in lung cancer cell cultures.
