Modeling environment - a viscous incompressible fluid. Purpose - to develop a method for optimizing the structural and operational parameters in the processes of dispersion of heterogeneous fuel emulsions, the introduction of innovative technology, production of fuel emulsions with rational wet-dispersive characteristics. Research Methods - numerical simulation of fluid dynamics and heat transfer processes, comparison of the numerical simulation with experimental results. The analysis of the current state of science and technology, selected direction of scientific and technological research processes for liquid fuels and combined fuel emulsions. This work is relevant due to the fact that Ukraine provides for its needs in fuel and energy resources only at 53%. Imports 75% of the required volume of natural gas and 85% crude oil and petroleum products. The properties of the components and physical models of fuel emulsions, "water in fuel oil" and "water solutions with alcohol in fuel oil." Data are presented of experimental investigations. In the thermodynamic sense, emulsions are unstable. The properties of such systems depend on the composition, temperature, pressure, and the order of adding and mixing ingredients. Computational studies were conducted and carried out a synthesis of research conducted in the laboratories of the institute.
