Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 Results of researches of embryo differentiation of the Brassica rapa and accumulations of reserve nutrient substrances in the cells of integuments and embryo cotyledons, when plants were cultivated on an artificial basalt microfibrous substratum under clinorotation with goal of strengthening of plant viability and thus to prevent of disturbances in generative development, are presented. Significant similarity of rate in embryo developmtnt under altered gravity and in laboratory control is revealed, but different cases of the infringements in process differentiation of the cotyledons and radicle at different stages of embryo formation are noted. The cases of deviations in accumulation of reserve nutrient substance in thr cells of the integuments and the cotyledons of embryo of B. rapa plants, which developed in altered gravity in comparison with the control, are establish also. Data received during comparative analysis of the experiment results, when B.rapa plants cultivated on different substrates under clinorotation, testify, that not the conditions of plant cultivation, but the changed gravitation serves as reason of rejections in embryogenesis of plants. Cytoembryological analysis of embryo development under clinorotation and in microgravity has shown, that infringements of embryo differentiation and deviations in accumulation of reserve nutrient substances can be one of principal causes of formation in these conditions of the seed, which by biometric characteristics differ from those of control variants.
