Objective of the scientific research is a substantiation and elaboration of sanitary-and-epidemiological conditions for design materials, designs of buildings and reconstruction of the objects for home, public and industrial purposes and also the subjects of transport branch for their safety for human health and life, and environment. Research methods: sanitary-and-hygienic (expert, analytical, calculated). Results: at the study of the components of design materials and reconstruction of the subjects of the transport branch a correspondence of the subjects of inquiry to the requirements of the existing sanitary legislation of Ukraine has been determined. Sanitary-and-epidemiological requirements to the engineering-and-technical decisions for the provision of chemical, physical and biological risk factors of inner environment of home, public and industrial areas and environment according to the existing standards of sanitary legislation of Ukraine have been elaborated additionally.
