Bibliographic list consists of 90 items. This paper is devoted to the influence of nonlinear effects on cybernetics structures and processes of energy exchange in heterogeneous polymer systems. The aim is to establish on the basis of cybernetic and molecular-kinetic approach the process of interaction between the particles highly dispersed filler with linear amorphous polymers, the study of nonlinear effects in the GPS and directional control of material properties, a description of the structural organization of linear amorphous polymers and GPS on their basis using a systematic approach. The object of study - linear flexible chain polymers (PVC, PVB, PE, PMMA), filled with highly dispersed mineral and metal fillers using plasticizers DOP and DBP. The subject of investigation is to study (using the proposed model) influence the size and nature of highly dispersed fillers on cybernetics structuring of heterogeneous systems, the processes of energy exchange in them and set their properties. Research methods: volume dilatometry, differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, ultrasonic inspection, optical microscopy, quantitative metallography light, chemical analysis, X-ray analysis. Based on the analysis of the behavior of the proposed model of a linear flexible chain macromolecules fixed polymer, which is located in the mechanical field of ultrasonic frequency, established a quantitative relationship between the micro and the characteristics of the acoustic properties of PVC and PVB systems. It is established that the energy dissipation of ultrasonic vibrations in linear amorphous polymers due to two thermal effects: thermoelastic and phonon viscosity. The presence of interaction between the active sites of the filler surface and the atoms of PVC (PVB) changes the frequency spectrum of the GPS, which allows for supercritical its content to use them as generators, transformers, filters, energy at frequencies inaccessible to low-molecular crystals. Obtained new theoretical results reveal the physics of transport in polymers, the optimum conditions for the dissipation of energy, education and the elimination of traps, local energy emissions and absorptions. Implementation of theoretical developments provided new composite materials, which can operate in extreme conditions.
