It was shown that optimal priming conditions resulted in increased seed germination and growth. The cell processes occured during priming were studied. It turned out that under optimal priming conditions percentage of G-2 cells in cell cycle should not exceed 15-20%. Hybrid Monako seeds were primed under different conditions and put for storage to analyse their quality during the whole year.
