It turned out that optimal priming conditions for four sugar and fed beet hybrids are differed significantly. Cell processes occured during priming were studied. It was shown that under optimal priming conditions percentage of G-2 cells should not exceed 15-20%. Eventhough this precentage is correlated with priming level it is not convinient molecular marker because its "optimal" values are varied for different hybrids of sugar and feed beet seeds.
