The object of research. Social relationships in the process of fiscal adjustment of economy of Ukraine. Subject of research: analytical materials of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, the current legislation of Ukraine, international experience related to the regulation of the economy. The study is the development of main directions increase the financial resources of the state based on the improvement of tax and fiscal levers control the economy and ensure their consistency as a result of improving the quality of public financial management. Research methods: scientific testing, structural-functional analysis and synthesis method of synthesis and historical method, the method of statistical comparisons. In the research work: - The theoretical foundations relationship tax and budget policy - examined modern international trends of tax reform and the use of fiscal measures in the regulation of the economy abroad - the influence of current tax legislation of Ukraine on the fiscal capacity of various sectors of economy of Ukraine : industry, agriculture, construction, trade and catering, services - assesses the fiscal capacity of specific types of economic activity and efficiency; - summarizes the key issues of domestic taxation, taking into account budgetary levers of regulation of economic processes - main lines designed to improve fiscal instruments of state regulation of economy and increase the fiscal capacity by strengthening the coherence of the tax and budget policy and improving public financial management.
